- Espresso Royale goes back to California 07/2010
- Our roots go back to California in many ways. Its where the company founder started, and owned several stores in the past. We are glad to be back in Santa Barbara. With the acquisition of two downtown SB stores, (one of which we used to own and operate) and one more store coming on in August, Espresso Royale will once again be coast to coast. Coffee Cat is a local favorite on Anacapa Street and will remain Coffee Cat. North Star on State Street is a charming local favorite for shoppers, tourists and business people. The new stores will take on a new brand name to be decided. The plan is to build a strong local chain of at least five stores in the next two years.
